The location in my opinion was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but close walking/driving distance to so much.There were 2 very minor things that needed to be attended to, but property manager was on it pretty much before I could even hang up the phone! Will be revisiting this condo in the future!”

“This property is an extremely clean, modern, and equipped condo. Tony, the owner, is very prompt and courteous with communication and contract details. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a 5th floor balcony off of the living room and a large window in the master bedroom that face the ocean. “Best place I have ever stayed. It was immaculate. Spacious and plenty of space for our 5. Close walk to the beach and pool. Secure and safe. Uncrowded beach. You need to rent this place if you are going to cocoa beach. It’s amazing and they thought of everything. Toys, chairs, coolers, you name it, it’s there. Ty for such a great rental. ”
