“Lovely interior and perfect location! I walked to downtown Cocoa beach and road my bike to a race at the aquatic center. The 4/5 is for two reasons: 1) It appears to be managed by a property management company called Ubango, not directly by a host on Vrbo. The check-in email got lost in my spam with opaque titles and information, and included a PDF with property info, which was unique compared to other booking experiences. This caused some stress when my flight got in late and I struggled to...

“Good location and across the street from the beach. The condo is well furnished with paper products, dishes, and seasoning. It was also very clean. The only downfall was not having our parking space available a couple times over the weekend. ”

We ended up getting in early, which is fine, we planned on just waiting near the beach…but the host reached out to me asking if I wanted to check in early!! It was so wonderful. “The property was beautifully updated and decorated. Primary bedroom bed was heaven! Location was very convenient to where I wanted to go in Cocoa Beach. Loved having a fenced and safe yard for our dog. They literally have all you need to a beach getaway—including sunscreen (which I forgot).”
