“We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. We forgot our toothbrushes and promptly the staff located replacements , plus cold bottled water. We were very pleased. The breakfast was tasty and delicious with a wide variety of breakfast items. A very conscientious employee was constantly replacing food and wiping all countertops while smiling and singing. “Surprisingly NICE!! We went on a cruise and needed a place to stay for just 1 night and this place was the cheapest!! I would definitely stay here again! Everything was convenient and comfy!!”

“Un posto davvero meraviglioso. Il più bello visto in tutto il giro della Florida che abbiamo fatto. Degli appartamenti indipendenti dotati davvero di ogni cosa, sia nella cucina che nel bagno, ed arredati con gusto. Delle zone esterne fronte mare con tavoli, sedie, sdraio, barbecue dove fare colazione, pranzo o cena con il mare a 20 metri. Sdraie, ombrelloni, asciugamani, tavole da surf, racchettoni e qualunque altra cosa vi venga in mente, tutto a disposizione degli ospiti. La manager simpatica...

“The coffee table was broken, there was hair in the bathtub, and the phone wasn’t working. Check room 404. I stayed here a week ago and it was great this time it was terrible. And Erick is someone that shouldn’t be at the front desk, he’s a miserable person. Oh and fix the elevator!!!”

“It's a new facility, my room fridge went out, and I knew it would be like pulling teeth to get a refund on food, so I chalked it up. Moved to a second room, and the AC leaked, and I had to use a towel to stop the water from spreading all over. It wasn't bad, but was overall inconvenient.”

The property is definitely outdated and could use some updates, but the location is a plus—it's within easy walking distance of both the beach and several food options. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly place to sleep for the night. Staff was super nice.”
