“The staff was not helpful at all, I stayed in a lower floor room, and the family above were careless about the kids they had with them. I came there to rest and enjoy the beach and well the resting part was horrible. With all the noise and jumping We did not sleep at all. This was a stay over the $200 mark for such an unpleasant experience.”

“Apond checking in we were early and asked if a room was avalible. They checked and did not have any at this time around (10:00 am) They offered to store luggage until a room came avalible. We waited about 45 minutes and got checked in, the room was clean and the air conditioner was at 72 degress and it was wonderful. I have to give a Big Thanks to the Young Guy at the desk; he was so helpful and freindly along with the rest of your staff. Keep your staff happy and you'll never run out of...

“The stay went well, the rooms were spacious and equipped with all the comforts. The free parking was convenient. However, I didn’t have a good experience at check-in... I speak English quite well, but the girl at the reception spoke very quickly and didn’t help me understand what she was saying. I was very upset about it. It doesn’t reflect the typical American hospitality.”
