    Pardon our Noise. Beginning 4/15/2026, Cape Winds Resort is undergoing exterior renovations 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. As such, pool/spa and other amenities outside your unit may be intermittently unavailable. We believe the pool/spa will be closed until further notice. Pricing discounts are reflective of this inconvenience.

    This ocean view 1B/2B is decorated in a beach themed style. This gorgeous condo will put you in a beach state of mind. The quaint cozy unit will be set the stage for a perfect beach getaway. Located just minutes from Port Canaveral and World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Enjoy a coffee or late night drink on the extended balcony of the unit that has great ocean views! Come enjoy the best Cape Winds has to offer!

Rest and Relaxation at the beach

This is a nice condo location in a very quiet neighborhood. Nice view. We enjoyed the pool and beach. Would stay here again!

Short getaway

Me and my wife booked this condo for a three day getaway from Ohio! We have stayed at Cape winds multiple times, but this condo has been amazing! We loved everything about it! We will be booking again!

Great ocean getaway

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this Cape Winds unit. Great views from the balcony (we could see the ocean on one side, and see the cruise ships on the other side. Great location, close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo and beach spot! Recommend!

The condo was perfect size, priced well and accurately listed. We really enjoyed watching the cruise ships sail by and we were surprised with a rocket launch! We spent a lot time on the balcony which had great views with lots of space. We will book again!

Lovely stay

The place was gorgeous it had everything we needed for our stay the view was awesome and it was cery close to the beach. Only complaint I have are the mattresses on the sleeper sofa definitely needed replaced the wires and springs were very prominent so it made for a very uncomfortable sleep for our company that stayed with us. But id definitely stay again

Fantastic Getaway!!

Could'nt ask for anything better. Check in/Check out was a breeze. Nothing was overlooked as far as accommodations. Kitchen stocked w/plates, pots, utensils etc. New appliances and bed was comfy!! Oversized balcony had amazing view.

Cape Winds

This is a lovely unit. I enjoyed my stay at this property. The property was very quiet and clean. I would recommend this unit. It is close to the beach boardwalk and the pool was very clean and nice. I travel to Cape Canaveral multiple times per year as this is home for me. I will book this unit again in the future. The manager was very quick to respond and pleasant to work with.

Beach property

We booked at the last minute and everything went smoothly. The property was nice. The bathtub plug didnt work but everything else was good. There was no contact from the company. Which was fine, but not what we are used to. We would definitely use the property again.

Peaceful Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this location! Truly relaxing. We had pool, hot tub, and beach access steps from our door. Very quite area....hardly no one in the pool or even on the beach. At this location you can see Space X lauch pad clearly to the left as soon as you walk onto beach. I would suggest bringing your own bath towels as there were only 3 shower towels provided. You must check out Coconuts on cocoa beach...live band and awesome drinks. Also, check out Fish Lips at the Port of Canaveral....amazing view of ocean...clam chowder soup was so yummy as well at the coconut crusted grouper and mahi mahi tacos. I hope this feedback helps and you enjoy your stay at this beautiful location.

Pleased overall.

Communication was OK, and info came via email. Refrigerator top shelf was broken. An extra blanket or two would have been a good idea. The place was clean overall but sweeping could be a higher priority. We’d still stay again.

Clean and quaint!

The condo was perfect to what my wife and I's needs are/were. We are beach goers and essentially needed a place to shower, eat and sleep so we did not spend much time overall in the condo but it was a very clean and quaint condo. It provided everything we needed in terms of bathrooms, kitchen and kitchen utensils and a great view of the beach. Being an end unit was also a huge plus and we didn't have to worry about neighbors on either side. The only con I would say, and it isn't even much of a con is the bed frame was very unsturdy, just moving in bed, the middle support beams would become off-kiltered causing the bed to shift. However; overall, I would stay again!

Great Beach condo

The pull-out couch was the most comfortable couch the kids have ever slept on. Could have used more beach towels. Washer/dryer is downstairs, a bit inconvenient if you have kids and need to laundry. A nice size balcony since it wraps around the corner of the building. But not directly ocean front as it’s on the side/front of the building. But you can see the ocean as the description states. There’s a boogie board and shovel in the closet with an umbrella and cooler, but no sandpails. Overall we had a great time as the location was PERFECT!!
