The Space:
Come enjoy the best views in the town of Cape Charles. Sitting atop a three-story, 100 year old building (with elevator!) is this immaculate 2BR/2BA condo that sleeps up to six people. Only one block from the beach and just steps away from everything the charming town of Cape Charles has to offer. You couldn't ask for a better location in this historic town.

This 3rd floor condo has a fully covered balcony porch overlooking the town with views of the Chesapeake Bay, along with a shared roof deck with 360° views of the town. Park your car and easily stroll to restaurants, shops and the beach. The homeowners took care with all the condo's details. Entering this bright and happy space will shift your mood immediately. Perfect family getaway or a couple's retreat! This is a rare three-night-minimum property in the heart of Cape Charles. With everything at your fingertips, who could ask for more?

Free on street parking. There is NOT a place at this property to be able to charge a Golf Cart. Note: while there is an elevator to the condo, the roof deck is only accessible by stairs.

Guest Access:
We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. Chesapeake Properties by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: In the State of Virginia and in Northampton County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.
- Some homes offer pools/hot tubs, or access to communal pools. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
- This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.

Interaction with Guests:
Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Chesapeake Properties by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.

Located on Mason it was in the middle of the main commercial street with lots of shops. We were able to walk to shops, dinning and the beach. Nice balcony and rooftop deck with views of the Chesapeake Bay and harbor.

This condo is perfectly located right in town near the Cape Charles shops and restaurants and just a super short walk to the beach! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and felt very clean. It was also spacious and perfect for our family of 4 - our kids had a great time!! We would definitely rent this place again next summer!!

Overall it was a great stay. There were ants in the kitchen and the bathroom by the kitchen had a foul smell, but it was all tolerable. The place was very clean, comfortable furniture, great location, water views, great balcony and very spacious.

This condo is well represented. Easy to access. Clean and well outfitted. The only downside we had was trying to charge a golf cart, but we made it work with the help of CC Ryders.
