The condo itself was amazing; layout, location, cleanliness. However, everything else was a mess. We received a code to enter our condo, and when we did, found a hole in the ceiling along with mats on the floor. Apparently there was a leak and nobody contacted us to say they were supposed to switch our rooms. I messaged the text number they provided, and someone came right now. My concern was that I had my small dog with us; we had been told initially that room was the only one approved for pets. They moved us across the hall, and even helped which was appreciated. That condo had nothing but water issues. We messaged saying it was like there was air in the lines, and zero pressure so much so we couldn't even shower. We were so frustrated that Friday morning we went down to the actual rental office to show videos of what we were dealing with. The response received is that the town would've told them if they were working on the water lines, and they had no communication from them. Nobody was sent to our condo to see what we were dealing with. We could not even shower. By Saturday morning, at 5am, we had NO water. No faucet in the kitchen or bathroom would run water, the shower didn't work. We recorded all of this. So again I contacted the emergency line to be told it's the weekend, they aren't sure they can get anyone out to check it out. By 9am, we decided to pack and were leaving a full day early. A rep came by 10am to see the issues, and we left.
