The house was very clean, the kitchen needs more basics I.e only 4 of each cutlery! Glass ware- wine glasses etc The owner was immediately responsive when we had difficulty with the door code - resolved immediately. (Stupid old ladies!).Grill dirty - umbrella shredded… the road in is dirt and very pot holed, rough.I had a problem with my beach chair and needed a hammer - gentleman next door - Washington- not only lent me his hammer but fixed my chair for me! He was great- thanks.We very much enjoyed our visit regardless and know the place is still evolving. We would go back - the proximity to the park is excellent!!!!Cheers

This place was great! No issues with check in or check out, location was easy to find. Everything was clean, orderly, and modern. Definitely recommend if you’re looking in the Cape Charles area!

The property was very clean and the host easy to communicate with. The property was just a few minutes from Kiptopeke State Park where we could launch the boat or go swimming on a nice beach that wasn't crowded at all. Fishing was great around the concrete ship reef and dolphins were a daily sighting around the wrecks. Great home for a small family, fishermen or hunters.
