This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full and 2 half bath home with an outdoor shower is located within a private gated community and comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

The first level offers a bright spacious open floor plan with gorgeous Carlyle heart pine floors throughout with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living area and dining that seats 9 with additional seating at the kitchen island. Plenty of space for entertaining includes a handsome bar room with seating and a variety of glassware. Outdoor areas include an open front porch and a screened in back porch, ideal for outdoor dining and to take advantage of the amazing views of the lighthouse, sunsets, golf course and the Chesapeake Bay!

The second level contains the primary en suite bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms, walk-in closet, laundry room and full hall bath. The primary bedroom has access to an open deck with plenty of seating. The third level offers two sleeping areas, a king bed on one side, and two twins on the other.

As part of the exclusive Bay Creek community, guests have access to a wealth of world-class amenities. Enjoy the Private Golf Club with 27 holes of championship golf, two miles of pristine private beach, and a community center featuring a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Explore over 10 miles of hiking and biking trails within a 365-acre nature preserve or relax on the sand beach. Additional amenities include a Pro Shop and on-site restaurant.

Bay Creek's Life Center, Resort Package (Nightly Fee Applies)
Use of Bay Creek's Life Center, which has three pools, a slide, splashpad, and a state of the art fitness center. Contact host to add the resort package ($75/night). Use of the resort package applies to the full extent of nights booked. Optional or shortened nights not available.

Guest Access:
We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. Chesapeake Properties by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

• To add the Bay Creek Resort Members Life Center to your stay, a fee of $75/night applies. Guests must complete a Bay Creek Life Center esign waiver prior to receiving access which will be sent for completion. Use of Bay Creek's Life Center, which has three pools, a slide, splashpad, and a state of the art fitness center. Contact host to add the resort package ($75/night). Cape Charles is located near the southern tip of Virginia’s Eastern Shore right on the Chesapeake Bay. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: In the State of Virginia and in Northampton County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.
- Some homes offer pools/hot tubs, or access to communal pools. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
- This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.

Interaction with Guests:
Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Chesapeake Properties communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.
