  • Il Sandbox è una casa in stile vibrante, affascinante, con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni in stile spiaggia. Durante il tuo soggiorno, sarai accolto da un'atmosfera rilassata, viste mozzafiato sulla baia di Chesapeake e tramonti sbalorditivi!
    Questa casa può ospitare comodamente 8 persone. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un bagno privato. La prima camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra ha due gemelli .. Il secondo bagno si trova nella hall. C'è anche un divano letto full size nella veranda.
    Il layout è spazioso, con una zona soggiorno aperta e cucina. Il soggiorno ha una televisione di buone dimensioni e un accogliente caminetto. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare, c'è anche una "stazione di frutti di mare" nel mezzo, perfetta per sgusciare le ostriche o raccogliere i granchi (Cape Charles ha il meglio!).
    La veranda conduce ad un bellissimo portico sul retro e all'area del cortile, il luogo ideale per godersi il panorama.
    Sandbox ha tutti i tipi di oggetti per l'intrattenimento di famiglia / amici. Approfitta dell'ampio cortile laterale per giocare a golf buche di mais o scala! Inoltre, goditi i galleggianti da spiaggia, le sedie da spiaggia e persino il portabici per appendere le bici dopo la pedalata.
    Questa proprietà ha una comoda doccia esterna, che rende molto più facile la pulizia dopo la spiaggia o una nuotata in piscina!
    La spiaggia privata si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal Sandbox, così come il Beach Club e il centro fitness all'avanguardia. Non dimenticare di fare un viaggio nella città di Cape Charles per esplorare la spiaggia pubblica e i negozi. Chiedici di noleggiare un carrello da golf per rendere più facile il tuo tragitto giornaliero!

A Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The " Sandbox" was perfect for the two of us, it was clean, comfortable and decorated nicely! Bay Creek development was also beautiful with outstanding landscaping. The town of Cape Charles as always is a fun place to shop and eat. But the best part of Bay Creek was the private beach on the Chesapeake Bay - BEAUTIFUL !!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sandbox home is well equip for a lovely vacation stay. Whether you like to cook or not, all the tools are there. We even did an oyster roast on the back patio with local harvested oysters which was heavenly. The home has 3 bedrooms that comfortable accommodates a small family plus the hideaway bed if one needs it. Great location to walk to the beach for sunsets. Easy 1/4 mile to the golf course. With friendly local families and a wonderful environment, one cannot go wrong with this lovely home. Only negative comment, there is always one, is the fans need adjustment to keep them quiet. Reported this and the management said they were on it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was comfortable and for those who like to cook, the kitchen was well stocked above the ordinary vacation rental. Decor nice, furniture and beds comfortable. Numerous bikes and beach chairs plus other beach toys to use. Noted kitchen faucet needs some maintenance to keep it from running. Master bedroom could use some new pillows, ones there quite old. Otherwise very enjoyable time. Would stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy Bay Creek but this house needs some tlc. Upon entering the front porch light was broken and hanging from the wall. The house was dirty and looked like it was poorly cleaned. Our toddler had black on her legs from crawling on the floor and there were crumbs on the table cloth and under the table. The a/c was broken when we got there but they notified us that a technician was on the way. He showed up but was unable to fix it. The door nob on the back storage shed was broke off and a bench was holding it shut. We closed it and had to do some of our own handy man work to get it back open. I'd recommend a different house.

Great furnishings and lots of extras that made it feel like home. Did not even need to bring all the Thanksgiving cooking supplies! Love Cape Charles and plan to return!!

Quiet There is a lot of construction work nearby that was thankfully on pause during the Labor Day weekend. Well stocked storage room with lots of beach and outdoor gear and an extension cord for charging your golf cart rental.

Nice community and great house! Short walk to the beach and so close to the town of a Cape Charles. We enjoyed the beach, pool, bike rides, trip into town. Would recommend this property

Great Rental

This has been the best rental and vacation for my family. House was extremely clean and accommodating. Short walk to the beach. Easy golf cart path access to town. Loved every minute!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sandbox was as described. Decor, cleanliness & amenities were EXCELLENT. It would have been very helpful to know that the fridge doesn’t make ice(especially in the summer at the beach) and no ice trays. Therefore, we had to go out and buy ice, which wasn’t convenient. The only other issue was that the outdoor chairs are falling apart, so trying to eat outside is really not practical. A great little cottage!

It was so great to have more space than a hotel room, and it was in great condition. Comfortable bed etc. It was so peaceful; a few minute walk to a lovely beach for sunset viewing. Plenty of quiet roads to walk or ride bike, and could easily bike into town.

Wide-open across the Bay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a golf tournament this past weekend and we had a great time. The place isn't necessarily big, but it's in a great location. The master bath has a beautiful shower with very nice water pressure. The beds could've been a little more comfortable, but overall, not too bad. The water could've also been hotter, but still not a deal breaker. Lastly, they have a washer and dryer and Keurig. Pretty nice amenities. The one thing I would change is the TV Reception. It's Terrible!!!

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Sandbox in Bayside Village in Bay Creek! the house is comfortable with three bedrooms and lots of little touches that make it feel like home. It is walking distance to the private beach and the beach club which our family of four loved. The house is well laid out and well stocked with amenities that we appreciated. We rode bikes, flew kites and took long walks on the beach—perfect vacation in Cape Charles. The house is a quick bike/car ride into town. Would definitely recommend or stay here again!
