Inn a Cape Coast

“Great staff and nice environment”

“The compound seems fairly new. They do events, weddings, parties and conferences. It is on the main road within walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars and street markets. It is also close to the bus stations. Rooms are nice and clean. There's a security guard on site at night. The staff was nice and helpful.”

“Goodwill was amazing and very professional. She is a real asset to the company.”

“What an awful experience, where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

“Should have earned 5 stars - but apparently we got there during renovations, so we really could not have full access to amenities that we in the process of being brought in or managed in some way. Apparently the website needs some attention as well - the hosts could not see our whole reservation. We were about to leave and find another hotel, but the hosts did some last minute shifting around to make a one night stay tolerable.”

“The moment I saw the property, I knew my family would love it. Sometimes pictures don’t do a place justice, but this one exceeded our expectations. My wife even loved it, along with the kids, which brings me so much joy. The owner was also very responsive and willing to help with anything we needed.”

“Tranquility haven is indeed a "Serene oasis! Love’d the lush greenery, gorgeous gazebo, and peaceful vibe. Perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. Great host, clean space, and tranquil atmosphere made my stay truly relaxing "”

“Misleading Listing, Extremely Poor Road Access, and Property Not as Advertised Our experience with this property was very disappointing, mainly because the listing does not accurately represent the reality of the property or its surroundings. First, the photos shown in the listing are misleading. Some of the images do not accurately represent the accommodation we stayed in, and, more importantly, none of the photos show the actual surroundings or the conditions of the roads leading to the...

“the property was excellent and detailed love the master suite”

“Would stay there again. Lovely place to stay in Elmina”

“Clean, comfortable, beautiful and super helpful and polite staff. An awesome experience really!”

“Room is small with only 1 outlet to plug in anything. To use my curling iron I have to unplug my phone that I need fully charged before going out. The decorative pillows on the bed has a old dusty musty smell and obviously hadn't been cleaned. When I lay in the bed 🛌 my skin keeps itching 😩. The mattress is VERY HARD, but pillows were soft. The Television didnt turn on. The AC turned off on its own. There is no iron in the rooms or blowdryer for your hair. There is no coffee maker either. This...

“The room was fine but the bathroom had mould and toilet was uncomfortable ”
