As soon as you enter the property you will notice the beautiful interior design and the ultimate mix of contrast between the interior light features and the natural sunlight. The inviting backyard features a tropical saltwater pool where you can enjoy your favorite summer cocktail to cool down. Ideal for poolside relaxing, romantic gateways, exploring the nearby island of Matlacha, and peace lovers.

The open-style kitchen features a center island with some bar stools to enjoy some snacks. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry, and lots of cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare some delicious meals during your stay.

The inviting backyard features a tropical saltwater pool where you can enjoy your favorite summer cocktail to cool down. It also features a BBQ where you can prepare your favorite dinner, a dining table where you can enjoy a quiet family meal, and some loungers to sunbathe after swimming in the pool or to contemplate the native plants and wildlife outside the screen cage.

The master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed to enjoy a restful night's sleep and a TV to enjoy your favorite TV shows, as well as direct access to the pool area to ensure privacy between the master and guest suite. The master bath features an elegant large shower, a separate toilet room, and two separate vanities with beautiful countertops and plenty of cabinets.

The second bedroom features a Queen-size bedroom, direct access and view to the pool area, and an en-suite half bathroom with access to the pool area. Each bedroom is equipped with a good quality mattress. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin-size beds.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. Please note it when making your reservation.

Perfect even the weather.

New to VRBO. Loved this house, decor, pool, and hosts. Comfortable King bed, great pressure and hot water in the showers, pool and lanai made the difference. The first day was chilly but the heated pool allowed us to not miss a pool day. Highly recommend this house and hosts.

Great Place! - Very Clean!

Stayed for a week with family over Thanksgiving. The place is great. One of the best rentals we have ever had. Cleanliness is very important to us and this property is very clean and well taken care of. Located in great neighborhood. Owners (Bruno and Mary) were very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, Spotless house.

We couldn't be happier with this decision, the house was absolutely beautiful and was spotless on our check in. Communication with owners was flawless and easy to get a hold of if needed, pool was great and property is kept up very well. We will be back

The highlight of this years rental was the courtesy and professional manner in which Bruno and Mary handled our stay. Great place and great location

Our youngest son lives less than 2 miles away and we like spending time going to Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island, and Fort Myers. Location was perfect for us. The property and house was very clean and well kept. There are plenty of amenities for cooking, cleaning, and living like you are at home. Loved the open floor plan with plenty of seating and comfort for our family to gather. Will be booking in the future as it was an excellent experience staying here.

The house is beautiful. The pool was awesome . Everything was clean .

The only problem was the construction. The house next door was getting the roof done and the pool. They started at 730 am until 7 pm . Nothing on the weekend only during the weekdays. Other than that it’s a beautiful home with everything you need. I did enjoy my stay.

renters should know

the house was amazing; HOWEVER, renters need to be aware of the construction next door and across the street. There were workers less than 200 ft. from the backyard which made it impossible to relax by the pool. Jackhammers and other loud equipment Monday-Friday. Overall, the house was everything I'd hoped.... beautiful, state of the art appliances, and cleanliness. If I could have picked up the property and moved to another location, my stay would have been perfect!!
