We were never able to check in. Host problem. He was out of the country and neglected to give anyone codes to get in. VRBO was great putting us up in a hotel and refunding our miney

We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard by the pool and the fenced in yard was great for the pups! We stayed for an extended stay and enjoyed meeting some neighbors and using the small park around the corner. The owner was very kind and responded when needed!

Owners did a nice job on the interior of this small home. Beds are new and comfy, nicely tiles floors and baths. Only check in was code to get key and outdated log-in for internet caused whole day delay in access. The pool is not heated or covered, lots branches and debris renders unusable. Lots of nice outdoor furniture, but the overgrown weeds and condition of the yard makes it questionable for family use.

We booked this last minute so when we found the yard, pool and patio needed some attention, we were disappointed but chalked it up to not having proper time.Weeds were overgrown, patio furniture was not placed out/welcoming. BBQ was a small charcoal that hadn’t been cleaned and was full of water.Each bathroom was furnished with 1 apply rollOf TP and a 2/3 roll ofPower towels.The host did suplly hotel size shampoo/conditooner/gel/soap. No starter coffee or any above and beyond amenities like that which is well appreciated after long drives and potentially late arrivals.The house itself is nice and well appointed with furniture, kitchen items, etc.What got us was the fleas. Omgoodness…. We were eaten alive. Had we a stay longer than we had, we would have left.This was brought to the owners attention and he seemed to look for an immediate solution after I mentioned it twice.The second night, sitting outside a happy rat family of 6 cruised across the fence. We also killed 2 smaller cockroaches.So mixed reviews. The area is convenient but not the best street. Curb appeal is lacking and the back deck needs some work. Inside, minus fritters, was nice.
