“This little space provided me a short term home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is wonderful if you are looking to be able to cook meals in your rental. I enjoyed the little fireplace at night, which made it cozy and comforting. The location is great if you love antiquing in Wells, and is in proximity to the main shopping areas, nature trails and local restaurants. Great place to stay if you want to visit Wells.”

“What an awesome mini apartment with everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to park, pubs, shops and places to eat. Street parking for extra cars was a plus (free after 9m) That said I wish listing stated it was on the top floor or that it was 27 steps upstairs. Honestly it was the only thing that could have been an issue because on person walks with a cane but we managed. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I was so amazed at how effectively they utilized a smallish space to seem huge. It was so well laid out and in such a great location. The check in process was super smooth and the host was so communicative. And don't get me started on the location! Walkable to downtown and the water without being right in the mox of things and too busy - the perfect balance!! I highly recommend this place.”

“This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...

“I was happy to find this room on short-notice, and it served the purpose for an overnight. The good: The check-in was easy. The room and the bedding was clean. Parking was easy. There is a kitchen and a nice little screen porch. The price was affordable compared to other places in nearby towns. The bad: The bed was comically creaky, so if my wife or I moved in the night it woke up the other person. “The apartment was exactly as pictured. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The location is exceptional! In the heart of everything, yet we did not find it loud. It was fun to watch the tugboats in and out shepherding huge boats through the harbor. The host was great communicating everything we needed to know and the parking spot was perfect. A lovely touch with snacks and toiletries available it you need them.”
