“The location was great and the house was very clean and comfy”

“We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately found it was not in an acceptable condition on arrival. The cleanliness was well below expectations, with dirty kitchen, mould in the bathrooms, and general dust and grime throughout the house.There were also safety concerns outside, including scaffolding, ladders and paint tins left around the property, which was not ideal with children.A cleaner attended the following day and advised the property required a full deep clean, which confirmed...
