“The kitchen was fully equiped but they have a coffee pod machine that the cups are too big to put under it. Not a problem as we took our own coffee pot. The staff are all wonderful. The position is perfect to restaurants but also a quite relaxing place.The beach is fantastic good safe beach for families with a beautiful rock pool.”

“We had a fantastic time at Big4 Phillip Island over the Easter holidays! We took it back to basics & brought the kids bikes with us & they all had the best time riding around the park, making new friends & we even went to the beach a few times although the weather wasn’t great! We stayed in a dormitory cabin, so just beds & a roof. We loved this. It meant using all the amenities like we were camping but with the comfort and safety of a roof & a door plus a heater! Beds were actually really comfy...

“I arrived at 4.30pm and my room was not ready. I waited and it took nearly 2 hours before the room was ready. The staff member could not locate my room or provide access to the kitchen. The amenities were not clean and the room assigned to me belonged to a lodger, whose personal belongings were in the room. The accommodation was noisy until 1am in the morning so I barely got any sleep. There were cobwebs galore on the windows and the fly screen was broken and I could not turn the power point off...

“This was our second visit to the property and we enjoyed it as much as the first. Well located so that you can walk to the shopping centre for meals or the supermarket. Great park near the shopping centre for kids and walking/bike paths for their bikes. Tea/coffee making facilities but no toaster or microwave in the rooms we had so it may not be the best place if you want to self cater. Good BBQ and seating area outside. We will be back!”
