Case in affitto a Capitol Heights

“Host communicated very well. Easy check in process and home was exactly what we needed for large group of ladies.”

“Nice location, affordable, good amenities”

“Excellent host. The place was clean, parking available on street and we never couldn't find a spot to park. Would recommend to others and would stay here again on our next trip to D.C. area.”

“Awesome stay we will definitely do this one again.”

“We were overall very pleased with our stay. It got pretty warm in the upstairs rooms, but there were fans and a portable air conditioner to help cool it down. Not much as far as dressers to unpack or for comfortable seating to lounge but we made do and would definitely stay here again. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in this home and felt very safe and secure.”

“Met expectations ”

“It's a bit better than average as far as places to stay, but the unit is not in the best area of town and feels worn down. I will say it was pretty clean - and that's a huge plus! But it's 3 stories and the 3rd floor (where the bedrooms are located) was very hot. The host supplied fans; even with them running though, it was uncomfortable. The other two floors were very pleasant temperature-wise. Granted, our visit was in July so it's naturally a warmer month of the year, but just keep that in...

“The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the entire house was clean.”

“Communicate with the owner first, make sure you pay for parking if needed”

“Great spot near Union Market”
