“Great home stay. The rooms are very comfortable- they have lots of room to unpack your clothes (something that is sadly lacking in most modern hotels). There are lovely sitting out areas and a nice clean pool. Breakfast is individually cooked with a selection of fresh fruit. The owner Tuan and all his family and staff are so helpful and friendly. It’s a quick walk to the centre and they also have free biomes to cycle the countryside - which is stunning. Just choose Nan House to stay in Tam Coc ”

“Overall our stay was just ok. The staff are lovely and if they weren’t doing renovations hanging out by the pool would be really nice but there are power tools going all day at the moment. The free bike hire and cheap scooter hire was really good! Our issues we had were at night. Mosquitos would find their way into our room even when we kept everything locked up so we were bitten throughout the night. Also there was a rooster right outside our room who started going off every morning at 3-4am...

“The guest house is a great place to stay ,we really enjoyed our stay ,it’s clean and great customer service .the owner of the guest house is very friendly, the breakfast was amazing ,the owner of guest house invited us to join their a lunch before we leave to Hanoi .they are sweet couple .I will recommend to all my friend to stay here and we definitely will come back here again we rate this guest house 5 star rating .”

“I had a nice stay at the bungalow, the staff is very friendly and helpful, although the English knowledge is limited. They were very kind, gave us fruits and made us a wonderful local breakfast, even didn’t want to charge us for the drinks we ordered. So cute people who hosted us. However, the place is not in a good condition, it feels like a place that once was a wonderful hotel, in a beautiful garden, but no one has maintained it that way. Feels like a haunted place from a movie. It felt kinda...

“Centrally located, but the craftsmanship of the hotel was terrible. Bathroom door cannot be closed. Pillow was too airy without any support. Coke was missing although we didnt drink it. Some cleaning ladies must have took the coke. Room to room sound was a bit loud. Overall, it was a mediocre hotel. A guy was smoking eventhough the rule says no smoking. ”

“I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever. The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....
