“This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations...

“Honestly due to the hotel remodeling it was kinda weird bc the lobby was a mess… it was like staying in an unfinished building. The room was fine and the shuttle service was great!! Just the lobby smelled like a Home Depot and looked like one as well Im sure it will be ok once its done!”
