“We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! ”

“My husband and I stayed for a week with another couple and their dog. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the balconies had amazing views over the lake. You could not be closer to ferry docks and restaurants. It was quiet and relaxing. “This apartment is fine - light, spacious with a great view - but the owner and agent (Wonderful Italy) show no care for their guests. We could not get in and had to spend our first night in a hotel, the induction hob did not work (wrong saucepans), the coffee maker leaked and all three corkscrews were broken. There were no instructions, tourist guides or welcome pack with advice pack. Avoid!”

The location was great and easy walking distance to almost everything and the unit had everything we needed. The area felt very safe, even at night.
