Lodge a Capstick

“If you are looking for a cute, self contained little unit for your stay on the Cabot Trail, this is the place. It was very quiet and comfortable. The bed is okay and probably should be replaced as it seems sunken in the middle, but not a super big deal for us as we only stayed one night. The only draw back to this place is that it is about 10kms from any type of restaurant (if they are open). If you were staying here in the summer or were prepared to cook meals you could just stay at this cozy...

“Cute little house on the main road in Pleasant Bay (though not crazy traffic). Convenient to town and the one restaurant (The Rusty Anchor). Very clean and the owners were very nice.”

“We liked the location but there was no ocean view. There was a very small bit of ocean above the tree tops…….not an ocean view. The appliances were in fairly good working order; but the basket of the coffee pot was dirty/badly stained and the toaster came on but it didn’t toast. The beds were comfortable. The downstairs area was very humid and the bed spreads felt damp. The beds were described as luxurious in the property ad. They were not luxurious! Good Wifi and good tv. We disappointed with...
