“Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. ”

“Un hotel particolare che però a mio parere non vale i costi alti. Sei sulla strada dei laghi ma ci devi comunque andare senza la tua auto e questo rende inutile prendere questa struttura. Inoltre il terzo letto è un divano letto non comodissimo. Per il resto tutto super personale perfetto. Abbiamo chiesto e ottenuto il rifacimento stanza, coperte e cuscini e siamo stati sempre accontentati. ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel, la struttura ha camere spaziose e confortevoli e affaccio sul Lago. Molte attività da fare sul lago e nella natura per tutta la famiglia. Passeggiate, canoe, tiro con l'arco, trekking, parco per arrampicarsi sugli alberi. ”

“Abbiamo trascorso due notti, ci siamo trovati bene. Le cascate sono raggiungibili a piedi. L’hotel si trova leggermente fuori dal centro il che lo rende tranquillo e silenzioso.”

“Very friendly owner, comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, lots of hot water. Breakfast is served down the street now but it was a quality meal (we chose from 3 options, all which were good). Little kitchenette in our room to eat a small meal, and a fridge to store leftovers. We would definitely stay here again ”

“It was such a beautiful and welcoming place. The lady at the front desk set the mood right from the moment we met. It was like being welcomed home! You can see great love is put into the upkeep of the property. It may not be the Ritz but it is where I would prefer to stay any day. Loved it & thank you for the memories.”

“We loved being right on the crystal waters of Toby Creek. The Riverbend units are beautiful. They're rustic and luxurious at the same time. Our kids loved their twin beds and large TV. They liked telling us we couldn't use their private bathroom. We enjoyed playing games we borrowed from the Embarc lounge by the fire and sneaking off to the nearby hot tub for an evening soak. The hot tub nearby these units has change rooms onsite, so there's no frozen walk back to your unit. There are plenty of...

“Nice clean room in an older style hotel. Room is on the smaller side of average but still fine. Check in was very good and quick. Staff checked in with us right after we went to our room to make sure everything was fine. Small TV in room and ice machine only available in hotel lobby area. They had a secured underground parking garage which was nice since there might be frost tomorrow morning. ”

“The owner was very friendly and accomodating, and the inn was perfect! Would have stayed two night if i knew in advanced how beautiful the island is! Will definitely come back here!”
