“The Anchor @ Hidden Harbor is a true gem of Deale, MD. Great staff, clean & functional rooms, the boathouse restaurant & bar just outside the front door. Great for families and boaters! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Deale. ”

“The hotel was very nice and so was all of the staff. They had some remodeling being done at the time but there was no inconvenience with anything. We had a great time and would like to return again.”

“Carpet was old and needed replacement and cleaning. Quite smelly Once I mentioned to the front desk, they got maintenance on it and reported it to corporate. Needs some updates. Could not use the gym or pool area Gym smelled bad not cleaned though lots of housekeeping around and the pool water was and hot tub were merky. It was also insane that they were charging for unsecured parking that used to be free.”

“Everything was good. Only negative was the girl At the coffee shop in the lobby. She put two medium coffees on counter and announced “two medium coffees” and neither the guy next to me or myself realized each was for one of us bc we assumed it was for someone who ordered TWO bc that’s how she announced it. The. Seemed irritated that we didn’t get it. Oh and parking was not extremely convenient but still cost 35 bucks.”

“All in all I’m satisfied with the hotel, but I prefer harder mattresses, so the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. The breakfast is good, but it took very long to come out, even if there was nobody eating at the same time. ”

“The hotel was very clean and All of the staff was on top of the game!!! The one thing I was very disappointed about and Most Definitely disliked was that they charge $14.00 plus tip for a Standard Continental Breakfast which was Crazy to me , they also offered a Menu with Way overpriced breakfast options between $9.00-&14.00. My daughter wanted a Belgian waffle which I got her with 2 small pieces of bacon which was $10.00 plus tip!!!! The $14.00 breakfast is Exactly what most Every hotel offers...

“Everything is excellent. The only thing I had a problem with was Internet service. The quality of the Internet service was poor .”

“Our room is shockingly awful. The appliances are dirty, primarily outside but I wouldn't use the microwave with a 10 foot pole. I always thought Hampton Inn and Suites was an upscale hotel. This looks like a Motel 6 or Super 8. I guess since it is pet friendly, it's assumed pet owners are dirty.”

“Breakfast at a nearby restaurant was extremely inconvenient & expensive. Had to tell frontdesk and housekeeping that room needed made. Had to go ti cart to get tissues replaced. Shower door handle fell off. My husband had to pseudo fix it.”
