Welcome to Beach Cottage 1411, a stunningly reimagined coastal haven nestled within the prestigious South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island. This fully renovated 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex beach cottage is the epitome of modern coastal elegance, offering a seamless blend of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking Gulf-front views.



Please Note: Captiva Island is scheduled to undergo a beach renourishment project which may begin 9/1 at Blind Pass and move north through 10/31 that may result in temporary beach access limitations, construction activity, or noise near your property. Unit was beautifully decorated. Amazing views of the gulf. Prime location on Captiva Island. I’ve been vacationing in Captiva for over 40 years and have stayed all over the island. The beach cottages at South Seas are gems and this one is by far the nicest one I’ve stayed at.
