  • La vita non migliora molto di quanto lo sia per una settimana o più a South Seas Beach House 29. La nostra casa per le vacanze lontano da casa si trova all'interno delle porte del South Seas Island Resort sull'isola di Captiva. Mentre Beach House 29 si trova all'interno delle porte del South Seas Island Resort, le Beach Homes sono un'associazione separata all'interno del resort. Ciò significa che non dovrai pagare una tariffa resort. Mentre non avrai accesso ai servizi del resort, avrai accesso ai servizi della nostra grande associazione, compresa la piscina riscaldata in comune, a pochi passi da casa, un campo da tennis, grill a gas propano e la famosa spiaggia di Captiva Island, ancora, a pochi passi dalla nostra casa sulla spiaggia. Ci occupiamo molto bene della casa e vogliamo rendere il tuo soggiorno il più perfetto possibile. L'intera casa è stata aggiornata per essere molto moderna e accogliente. Il livello principale dispone di una cucina aperta completa di tutti i principali elettrodomestici e stoviglie per preparare facilmente i pasti per i vostri amici e familiari. La vicina sala da pranzo ha un ampio salotto con sgabelli da bar al bar per la colazione. Al piano principale si trova la camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale e seconda camera con letti a castello completi, ciascuno con il proprio bagno. Su per le scale è un soppalco con un divano a due letti e materasso di dimensioni doppie per un ospite aggiuntivo e due camere da letto aggiuntive entrambe con letti king size e bagni completi. La nostra casa al mare può ospitare fino a 11 ospiti. Una delle migliori caratteristiche della casa non è solo la breve distanza dalla spiaggia, ma i ponti aperti con vista sul golfo per guardare il Golfo del Messico e gli splendidi tramonti. Appena fuori il nostro livello principale soggiorno e sala da pranzo è un lanai privato schermato che si estende per tutta la lunghezza della casa con ampi posti a sedere e persino un altalena per rilassarsi (e ami ami Eno) e gustare una tazza di caffè al mattino o un cocktail serale. Siamo sicuri che adorerai stare al Beach House 29 a South Seas Island Resort tanto quanto lo abbiamo fatto noi ogni anno! Come abbiamo detto da quando abbiamo iniziato a visitare Captiva, venite per la spiaggia ... rimanete per i tramonti. Vuoi guardare Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu o le tue altre app preferite? ... ti abbiamo coperto con smart TV e internet wireless ad alta velocità. La casa è dotata anche di sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni e giocattoli da spiaggia insieme al carrello da spiaggia per un facile trasporto per i 2 minuti a piedi dalla premiata spiaggia.

This property was perfect for our family of 6 (me, my husband, two grown boys, and their girlfriends). The house was clean, beds and furniture were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a few meals in. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent many mornings and evenings out there enjoying the view. It was a short drive to some of Captiva's best restaurants. We'd definitely stay again - thanks for hosting us!

What a beautiful location! The beach was just steps away. We had some incredible sunsets too! We spent most of our time on the beach and enjoying the clear, warm water and finding amazing sea shells. It rained a few afternoons so we headed to the screened in porch to read or have an afternoon nap. We enjoyed seeing wildlife too! We saw manatees, dolphins, pelicans and osprey on the beach. We also explored the wildlife refuge and went kayaking nearby in Tarpon Bay. A very relaxing week overall!

This is a great location-just a short distance to shops and coffee. We rented a golf cart which made it extra easy to get around and park at restaurants etc. The beach and the pool were close—unfortunately the pool was pretty chilly for the kids and adults. The beach was quiet and we had a lot of privacy. The complex in general was quiet too. We had 5 adults and 2 children so with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths (3 private) this arrangement worked great for us. We would definitely come back and recommend others to stay here.

Perfect familybeach vacation!

This property was absolutely perfect! The location is great with it being steps from the beach, the pool was a perfect size, and the home had a perfect layout for 4 adult couples and their kids. Thank you for providing the best place for us to stay for Vacation 2024!

The home was great for my extended family. Worked out well for 6 adults and 4 children. Although we brought our own, we were happy to have the extra basketful of beach towels because we used them daily!! The kitchen was well supplied with gear for cooking. Best of all was the spacious screened in porch/lanai and the location within a very close walk to the pool and beach! The only thing we missed was a barbecue nearby.

Our Captiva stay

We had an amazing time this past week! The house was beautiful and was the perfect for our family. My son had an amazing time collecting shells and hanging out by the pool and beach. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home! We will be back next year!

House was amazing, plenty of room, nice amenities, quiet, and very peaceful location.Beach is beautiful and hardly any other people around made it feel like we were on a private island. We were a little disappointed the pool wasn’t open after being told it would be, but that was a very minor issue and we appreciated the communication when we asked questions.

Under Construction

This is a beautiful resort that was devastated by the hurricane last year. Most of the resort is still under construction including this particular properties. The roof is still being built and an electrical fire took place during our stay which made us flee the property early, cutting our vacation time there in half...

Everything was great , beach, pool, accommodations.Water heater leaked the evening before we were to leave so had to shut off hot water. None of us able to get a hot shower after beach. Plumbers came the next morning. Could not have been foreseen.

Die Kommunikation zwischen Agentur und lokalem Resort Management funktioniert nicht. Pool u. Grill war während der gesamten Dauer nicht nutzbar, trotz täglicher Nachfrage. Maler strich unangemeldet während dem Frühstück die Terrasse. Kammerjäger waren unangemeldet im Haus.

Beach House 29

Beach House 29 was a beautiful home away from home. The walk to the beach was only minutes and the view from the front porch was beautiful! Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. However, one of the main reasons I chose this home was the access to the pool. I am well aware and understanding of the fact that there is significant rebuilding talking place on the island, but communication of the status of the rental property should be priority. When we arrived, the gates around the pool were tied shut. I called Saturday evening and on Monday workers were there to fix the issue. The pool area had chunks of concrete around it and the pool itself was not completely clean, but they fixed the gate. We did use the pool for a few days, but then some workers put up a "pool closed" sign on the gate - while we were in the pool - without speaking to us or explaining to us why it was being closed. This is unacceptable to me. At one point during our stay, a worker was using a power saw to cut wood on our deck, while my grandson was napping! Again, I understand that after the devastation caused by the storm that properties will need work, but the photos provided were not up to date and that is the only thing we had to go on when choosing this rental. We paid for something that we did not get. Some sort of compensation would be appreciated.

I think they might have been left by a prior renter so we took advantage of them! The few people I spoke with were very helpful and responsive. I had called in advance and was told there was a hair dryer in every bathroom, but there were only two,!and one of them did not work The beach umbrellas were not in great repair and my granddaughter got a nasty scratch just below her eye when my son was carrying an umbrella back from the beach ( too windy ) He looked at the other umbrellas under the deck and said they all had spokes sticking out. I relayed this information to you late in the week, and the woman I spoke with offered to run over a beach umbrella and done hair dryers but I declined since we were not there much longer. I appreciated her willingness to do this

Absolutely! This vacation home is beautiful. It was exactly what we had dreamed of. The setting is quiet and restful. The pool was right outside our back door and the beach was only a very short direct walk. The house was amazing... 4 large bedrooms each with its own bath, a large well-appointed kitchen, the open living room, and the dining room was perfect for family dinners and evening games. We had breakfast and lunch on the large screen porch almost every day. The home is perfectly equipped with pool and beach chairs and toys. We did not need a thing. We also enjoyed the Bubble Room and the Mucky Duck restaurants. The time away in this home was a great gift. We highly recommend this beautiful beach home!

We had the best time! The space was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The house was well decorated and provided all amenities. The house was in a great location (within walking distance to everything). The sunset did not disappoint and the beach was just steps from our back deck. We would go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend! 5/5 stars! We would give 6 if we could!

Home was very comfortable for 3 couples and a baby.

Home was very comfortable for 3 couples and a baby. The access to the beach and the quiet area was wonderful! Very few people near us at beach this week. Pool was also lovely and quiet. Home was quiet inside - well insulated. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc. We had no reason to interact with anyone at Dream Vacations. Interactions with the staff at South Seas was not friendly at all. Merely tried to get a drink at the restaurant and bar and were rudely told we were not allowed. We would never rent directly from them consequently.

We loved our stay in Beach House 29.

We loved our stay in Beach House 29. The house was lovely and was perfectly situated near the pool and beach. The kitchen was well supplied and the storage unit had plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, digging tools, etc. That was much appreciated when traveling from a distance and unable to bring everything one might need for the beach. We would stay at Beach House 29 again! Ryan was very fast to respond to emails and any issue we had with the property. The maintenance team fixed the doors quickly and responded to a water leak immediately. All were very polite and efficient.
