“The internet was out my whole stay”

“This facility, for the most part, lived up to the expectations we have for Hampton Inns. The one way it fell short was that the eggs and potatoes were cold.”

“Breakfast could have been better. Waffles were in packages. Scrambled eggs were hard. Muffins on sandwiches were dried. Carpets in the dining area needed cleaning. Rooms were fair. Control of the air conditioner was good.”

“There was bedbugs in my room i woke up with bed bug bites all over my body”

“First room we were given had roaches in the phone and coming out of the crack in the ceiling above the shower. Next room we were given was obviously just cleaned. Was told it was a non-smokering room but there was smoke stains on the walls and doors. Cigarette burns all over the bed sheets and blanket. When asked for an extra blanket, was told that they would bring it to our room if they had an extra one, never came. ”

“When I arrived I had to wait for someone to come out the restroom 20min with a signed that read out of order I had a long drive and had to use the restroom….. The pool was green thick fungus”

“The property needs cleaned up a bit. Seemed like some sketchy people staying there..”

“Wonderful staff and clean room. Cookies and fruits for guests was another nice perk. Really enjoyed our time here. ”

“Breakfast was great and the attendants were on hand to keep the area tidy! The parking was convenient and safe. Above all else the staff was friendly and welcoming! We were weary travelers checking in late on a Friday night. Jenn checked us in quickly and was so kind and welcoming it was a great comfort after a long day! Great experience!”
