“I wanted to share some feedback about my breakfast experience. I arrived around 9:35, well before the 10:00 closing time, but the selection was already very limited. “Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Made a GREAT recomendation for a dinner spot. Rooms and pool area were spotless. Morning breakfast was fresh and tasty and their 24 coffee machine provided the BEST hotel coffee ive ever had!”

“The desk clerk was rude. She answered my question before I could ask it. We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. So, I said, “Okay, we also booked a room directly with Element, and we still didn’t get the room we booked.” The clerk responded that we were only staying for one night. It didn’t matter; we had paid for a room and should have received it. If not, she should had offered a discount rate.”
