Cozy Cottage In Downtown Carbondale

Comfortable Artistic/Eclectic Cottage-like setting just 4 blocks from quaint downtown Carbondale. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains. Easy access to the hot springs pools and ski areas, Glenwood Springs is a 20 min drive and Aspen is about a 40 min drive or bus ride. Access to the great outdoors and wonderful events!

The space:
Welcoming for an individual, couple or small family of any cultural background. The home is about 1,400 square Feet. With two bedrooms and a small bunkbed room, a sunken living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, a firepit and wonderful outdoor spaces. Close to the bike trail systems and bus stop.

Guest Access: You are a welcome guest in my primary home. Guests will have access to the whole house and yard when I am traveling. There will be my personal affects in the main bathroom and master bedroom clothes closet and dresser. The second bedroom has a closet and some drawers for guests and a portable rack for hanging clothes is also available.

The hot tub and sauna are not for guest use....sorry!

Other things to note
This home is strictly non-smoking inside and outside of the property, including tobacco and weed. Because I want to stay friends with my neighbors no events or parties are allowed.

Lots of fun activities to be had in the area such as hiking swimming, skiing and attending musical and theatrical events. There are great restaurants here and in surrounding towns.

The front door is finicky and needs to be pulled tight and checked otherwise it can blow open.
