Anche se questa casa non ha l'aria condizionata, ha i fan per il vostro uso.

Questo condominio è stato progettato con il pescatore avido in mente, ma con un elegante "signore tocco" e tutti i comfort di casa. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e c'è un fumatore nel patio. Ci sono due comodi letti matrimoniali in una camera da letto e due letti matrimoniali extra lunghi nella seconda camera, entrambe con bagno privato. Godetevi il relax sul patio mentre si guarda i cavalli pascolano nelle vicinanze o si abbracciano con un libro dopo una divertente giornata di pesca o esplorando tutto ciò che il Ranch e la Roaring Fork Valley hanno da offrire!

Out dated and extremely under managed within the condo

Great fishing!But the condo was not stocked with salt or pepper, no plastic wrap, no aluminum foil or sandwich bags, 2 small plastic containers of left overs. Salt and pepper was a 1/4 inch left one 5 yrs old. Then the frying pans have lost the teflon which is a health hazard. I donated a pan in 2014 because of the same issue. It’s still there rotted. The bathrooms have old toilets one is round and for older folks you have trouble getting up off them. Bath rugs are atrocious too. There is also the fire hazard of a bunch of cords plugged into one outlet by the TV. I spoke about this hazard last time I stayed. If it wasn’t for the fishing I wouldn’t stay there. Seems like the management takes the money but doesn’t manage or review the property with any regularity!!The listing should say you got to bring everything except the kitchen sink.

Perfect Snowmass Family Condo

Beautiful condo, exactly as the pictures portray. Love all the photos of the neighborhood and fishing. Beds are super comfortable, good smart TV, well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Management company and owners are wonderful and solved our issues quickly and effectively.

Aspen ski trip

This is a solid location for our NYE trip to Aspen. The home is a 30 minute drive to the base parking/shuttle areas. Other than a small issue at check-in (dryer was still running with towels), we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely try to book this location again for our next Aspen trip.

Just OK.

We were disappointed with cleanliness of kitchen dishes, utensils. The sliding doors off kitchen were off their runner and made accessing washer and dryer difficult. Accessing the front door was very difficult to open the lockboxes.. A neghbor heard us trying and came down to help. She said this was a common problem.

Carbondale condo review

Friends and I stayed at the condo, while skiing in Aspen. Place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked to make meals. Parking was on site and covered. Complex was quiet and safe. Condo was close to dining in Carbondale, and skiing in Aspen. Would love to go back in the summer. Thanks for the rental.

Mountain Fair Fun

We spent 2 nights in this lovely condo. The views are spectacular and the beds and linens were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Kitchen is well equipped but a bit dated. This is the perfect place to stay if you fly fish. No air conditioning, but, if you close up in the morning, that shouldn’t be a problem no matter how hot it gets.

Nice but.....

This condo was okay but could stand some updates of the furniture and decor. To our surprise, the unit did not have any air conditioning - I guess I didn't notice that on the listing because I just assumed there would be AC, but in August, with temps in the 90s every day, it made for very hot interior spaces. This unit has ground floor bedrooms with sliding doors to the outside which made the family with smaller children uncomfortable to open sliders at night. Not optimal. The biggest problem was finding large LIVE bugs that looked like cockroaches in the sheets, Says to me that Keylink, the property management, did not do any pre-arrival checking, especially if the unit had not been rented in a while. Seems to me the sole purpose of hiring a property management team is to make sure the unit is perfect for incoming guests. Keylink did not do that. Out of the control of anyone, the complex was doing MAJOR cement work on the units carports. Huge loud cement breaking machines and giant cement trucks. It was just our misfortune to be there then but again, out of anyones control. The complex itself was very family friendly, vey nicely maintained, and an excellent location to everything. Despite the few glitches and despite finding LIVE bugs in the sheets, we had a great time.

Once again

Rented Coole’s Cove once again. Really good fishing, easy walking. Good beds for tired bodies. Kitchen supplies need updating. A gas grill is needed instead of charcoal. Overall a cool spot to hang out! Thanks JB Renting again in August, good value

We enjoyed our family ski vacation.

Nice place to stay and to ski from. We did Snowmass.. it’s located on the first floor which helps with all the ski stuff. The only thing was the people above us were loud like everyone else has stated. We missed 2 nights because of the SWA fiasco and did not have the insurance. The right thing to do would have be to give us 1 night back.

There was construction going on outside of the condo upon our arrival and we spent time picking up nails in the driveway just so we could pull in to park as soon as we arrived. There was trash and paint scrapings everywhere. We could not even utilize front patio AT ALL. If we would have known in advance about construction we would have never stayed here. You could also here everything going on in the upstairs owners condo. They have a large dog and you can hear the dog constantly. We have stayed in the ranch countless times and this was our least favorite stay. Exterior was dirty and we were afraid everytime we pulled in we were going to get a flat tire from all the nails even after picking them up on our hands and knees!

Great location for fishing and outdoor activities.

The Ranch property is beautiful with terrific fishing and walking trails. The condo is spacious enough for 4 adults with comfortable beds, but overall the unit is older and very much in need of upgrades. We had a problem with wasps entering the kitchen probably because of work being done on the roof of the building. The property manager was responsive but was unable to locate or eliminate the source of the problem. Overall a decent value if you will spend most of your time outdoors.

THe wasking machine was brokern and buzzed, and the sulfur smell was horrible.

VRBO and others DID not Disclose any problems like the construction on going blocking the walkway. Was this Fraud?
