“From the moment we came in for check in, Rayan greeted us in the front desk and checked us in. It was quick, smooth, the property was well maintained. The lobby was clean, smells clean. “The lake was the highlight. The staff at the front desk were not the best honestly. The manager Sarah was not skilled at guest relations. She was defensive and arrogant. Her only aim was to get the last word in. She did not listen well nor was she able to put herself in the guests shoes. In short she did not have the skill set for dealing with guests. Her staff were like robots. No smiling and not much engaging at all. It was just do what they can and on to the next guest. The front...

“Everything was pretty good the beds where comfortable the pillows were ok. We didn't use the pool but we did love the hot tub. The exercise room could be a little bigger and have more exercise equipment. Didn't think the morning breakfast was worth the $22.00 fir the buffet. It only had scrambled eggs bacon sausage and cereal and toast and the rest of the menu was very high price. The bar was nice we found that eating there in the evening was better than finding something else great fish tacos...

“Paid $1,700 for 2 nights bút not good services, Honestly, this is a disappointed trip while we were too excited to experience. We went there by train, and the room was upstairs + the end of the resort, we had to walk a long way into our room, we have kids + luggages but we didn’t get any help from the resort. The room was noisy from walking-steps outside the room because people walked + run till midnight. Generally, it was not a happy staying.”
