Perfect for a family getaway, our well-equipped apartment is located in the heart of Penarth Town Centre With easy access to all necessary amenities, including restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops, this location is perfect for any vacation or work trip.

Take an 11-minute walk leisurely stroll to the stunning Victorian Penarth Pier where you can enjoy both the sea and the city life.

Our spacious ground floor flat offers two comfortable double bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a separate WC and sink. The property is equipped with a smart TVs and fresh white linen and towels are provided for each guest.

Living Area:
The open plan living space includes a kitchen and dining area, with two double sofa beds available for additional sleeping space. Let us know if you would like us to make up these beds for your arrival.

Parking :
You are able to park outside the house in the residents area with the permit we supply on arrival.

Enjoy family movie night with our large smart TV and Virgin TV in the living room, and choose from our selection of games for rainy days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need for your stay.
You'll find an oven and electric hob, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, air-fryer, a fridge freezer and washer dryer for any laundry needs. We provide a few washing pods, but suggest bringing your own if you have sensitive skin.

For your first night, we provide breakfast options such as croissants/bread (bake in the oven), jam and butter, and porridge sachets and milk. Tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are as standard throughout all of our properties. We believe that everyone needs to pop the kettle on after a long day.

A high chair and travel cot are available and there is a few toys and family games in the lounge cupboard. We will pop up the cot ready for your arrival just let us know if you're bringing little people.

If you're in the mood for dining out, the walk to local shops, bars, and cafes is less than a minute away.

Penarth is a charming coastal town that offers an abundance of activities, making it impossible to run out of things to do. Regular buses and trains are available near the property for easy travel to Cardiff and throughout South Wales.

You can also visit Barry Island, which is reachable by public transport and a great spot for family fun.

There is a lock box it is self check in and we will share info of how to get in before your stay

We try to have complete self check in however we are only 20 minutes away if a problem arrises.
