“Very friendly staff, excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Given the size of the hotel, there was a decent amount of variety. Room was of good size. One downside, although there were lifts we had to use stairs to get to our room on the mezzanine floor. As we were travelling as a family with a child in a pram this became a little difficult. ”

“Great position in Cardiff downtown. Room was spacious enough and silent but a bit rundown. It probably needs some renovations. Staff was really helpful and kind. Check in and check out were smooth and they also kept my luggage for an additional hour”
