This cosy and comfortable terraced cottage is ideal for romantic getaways by the stunning coast of Cardigan Bay, perfectly situated for walking and near to the broad expanse of dog-friendly Poppit Sands. With its pretty white stone walls, log burner, and traditional box bed, Maes yr Afon makes a lovely winter hideaway, too.

The Coach House Visitor Centre also incorporates a museum, gallery, and cafe, where you can learn about the area and enjoy some local food.
Maes yr Afon is just a mile from the market town of Cardigan, with its theatre, cinema, pubs, supermarkets, and individual shops. You can visit the Welsh Wildlife Centre, Cilgerran Castle or Cardigan Golf Club, or try some watersports with one of the local operators.
