“Very clean and decorated perfectly as a lake house. The kitchen was very well equipped, even having spices for cooking. The beds were comfortable and made with high quality bedding. The property has Internet, cable TV in every bedroom and the living room. The backyard has a large grassy private lawn and covered porch with plenty of seating, a propane grill and fire pit and private access to the lake. Portage lake is dreamy -- perfect for paddling. “My dad worked on Loring until it closed in 1994, and dad wanted to come home and visit. My 2 boys came up for the 1st couple of days and were able to fish alittle bit. ”

“great location for winter fun.The hosts were great! Cute and cozy cabin. The kitchen had more gadgets than my home!!”
