“We didn't have breakfasts or meal in the hotel restaurant.”

“Very nice and responsive staff. Beautiful hotel, clean and elegant room (the design of the room and spaciousness is great). Clean and comfortable pool and gym (love that it stays open till 10pm). The above listed were the selling features for me. Unfortunately, Breakfast is not included, so you do have to spend a bit more, but it’s nice that there is a bar and buffet in the hotel if you don’t want to leave and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. ”

“The guy was mean never buy a hotel here, he trying to steal my 60 dollars. He telling me to give the hotel a positive review so I get my money back this is crazy. The guy has no ethics and he do anything to get money from you. Terrible business he was trying to charge me an extra 20 dollars to bring a guest. This was by far the worst experience I ever had! ”

“The hotel staff informed me at check in that we had been "upgraded".... They moved me to a "Trailer Room" which was a trailer home in the parking lot. Not what I booked. The Trailer smelled bad and there were rats in the parking lot, so the staff moved me to another trailer which also smelled. Maintenance was supposed to fix the smell while we were out. When we returned to the hotel for the night, the smell was still present. After another complaint they eventually moved us to a room in the...
