“Dirty and old..”

“Il motel si trova in una buona posizione ma le condizioni sono davvero pessime. Si presenta bene dall’esterno ma le stanze sono sporche. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere un cambio della prima stanza perché puzzava tantissimo di fumo nonostante fosse una stanza non fumatori. Il copriletto era rovinato da bruciature di sigarette. Al cambio stanza mancavano gli asciugami e ne abbiamo ricevuto dopo l’ennesima richiesta la metà del numero di ospiti. Le frequentazioni del motel sono estremamente discutibili....

“Surprised it was quiet stayed 7 night only had issue one just heard yelling for about a minute i also had issues with the TV out of seven nights TV didn't work for two of those nights but you get what you pay for it was cheap and I just needed a bed for the night and the kitchenette to make my tea in the morning and the refrigerator to hold my medication was visiting family so the whole day I was not in my room would stay here again if I couldn't find anything else and not stay alone next time...

“The Office was only open from 9am to 10 pm. No security guards. A lot of unhoused people were staying there. There was a guy pimping girls. Someone pulled the fire alarm and the fire department came to turn it off. Our neighbor break his window due to if you get locked out at night you are are out of luck until 9:00am and on top of all of that the hotel was out of toilet paper and some guests were told you had to order it. “Siamo arrivati dopo mezzanotte. Ci hanno subito fatto il check in e dato la camera. La mattina abbiamo fatto colazione. Al checkout ci hanno gentilmente aiutato con le indicazioni della direzione per la nostra destinazione. ”

“The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion.”
