Hotel vicino a Rio Linda Plaza - Sacramento

“When we arrived from an all day trip we found out the pool and jacuzzi were closed. When I went to my room I found an open condom package in the bedroom on a seat like cushion. I called to let them know. They didn’t offer to change rooms or come and clean up the wrapper. I loved that it had 2 separate rooms but it felt dirty because of the condom. The breakfast was basic. “The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion.”

“Nice hotel, quite new. Rooms are big but a little bit noisy for those on the road side. Breakfast is not good at all, should be improved in term of quality.”

“Stayed here two nights, good level hotel, all services you would expect from a Hampton (parking, wifi, pool, complimentary breakfast). Conveniently located close to some major roads. Not many good restaurants nearby, it would be better to have dinner in some other area (downtown or so) before going back to the hotel.”
