“The staff are amazing. Friendly and easy to approach, obviously trying to make sure you have a smooth enjoyable stay. My son and I loved our stay and wouldnt change anything ”

“It met my needs but was a high price point for the lack of amenities and limited concierge service. First time I’ve spent time at a hotel where there is no concierge available throughout the evening. That being said the staff was nice when they were there and the room was mostly clean with the exception of hair on the bed. ”

“Hotel was overall clean however the pool was pretty gross - debris floating around, including a bandaid. ”

“Dtaff was nice, rooms were clean. Right across from the hospital. Honestly we only came, slept and left but was exactly what we needed, at a reasonable price, in the perfect location. ”

“Called and asked for an early check in, was rudley told no. And then a friend called and asked and was told they could. So I’m not sure why that option was not available to me. Couldn’t use my credit card to leave a deposit so I had to use debit and have it returned before I left. Room also had a slight old cigarette smell ”

“lots of places to go nearby , not walking distance, short drive though. Spa was relaxing and clean”

“The room was clean, the staff was wonderful and offered me a free room upgrade as i was travelling alone and they originally wanted to put me on the 1st floor, i asked for a higher level for saefty they were happy to provide no questions asked!”

“There was lots of parking. The room was clean, although it did smell a bit Smokey. There was no coffee maker in the room which I thought there was supposed to be. I could be wrong. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. We made use of the jacuzzi tub which was nice.”

“Everything throughout the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when requests were made. The dining area is full of natural light and pleasantly decorated. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of good options, and good, complimentary coffee is available at all times. ”

“When we checked in we were told pool is closed for maintenance. It shows no were on the website that the pool is closed. ”

“The room was clean and the staff was excellent, however, we had to wait to check in as room wasn't ready on time and the pool area was not clean. We were looking forward to the pool but it was not clean enough for use - garbage at bottom of pool. ”
