“For what it is (a motel/Inn), it’s one of the best we’ve been too. Relatively clean and beds are really comfortable. We were just there to sleep and shower, but we do rent a room there 3-4 times a year and always been fine with the staff and accommodations! ”

“Staff wasn’t what I would call helpful. My 19 yr old student was travelling across the country. Arrived late, after midnight and travelling all day: when she arrived they wouldn’t allow her to check in without a credit card. Everything was prepaid. My daughter called me, 3:30am. I tried to give my credit card over the phone to pay incidentals, she wouldn’t allow it. Not good enough given the circumstances of her travel. Students don’t all have credit cards. ”

“The hotel is very chaotic when you enter.
There is no staff and you cannot call room service or the front desk at any time. They connect you to ai then from ai they connect you to a call center in Orlando. They never connect you to anyone who works there at anytime and it makes asking for fresh towels or even a simple coffee impossible.
I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

“My stay at the Residence Inn was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and easy, which made arriving after a long day of driving much more convenient.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and that standard carried through to the room as well. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided plenty of comfort. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, the cleanliness of the entire hotel...
