* CONSTRUCTION: Beach Stairs and Sidewalk Improvements: Phase 2 of the beach stairs and sidewalk construction project along Carlsbad Boulevard between Pine and Tamarack avenues will resume as planned after Labor Day September 7th. The project is scheduled to be completed in May 2027.Traffic in the work area will be reduced to one lane in each direction on Carlsbad Boulevard. Portions of the upper sidewalk will be closed. Construction equipment and signage will be visible throughout the work area. Hours from MON-FRI, except city holidays 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
