Questa splendida casa vacanza ha splendidi pavimenti in travertino e si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia. Ci sono due cucine, due zone giorno e il doppio della vista! Goditi le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nel soggiorno superiore con viste spettacolari sull'oceano. C'è un balcone con vista sull'oceano e un patio sulla spiaggia, con spa. Internet wireless, TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e tutti gli altri servizi sono inclusi!

Questa casa si trova nella città costiera di Carlsbad, dove le spiagge sono a dir poco spettacolari, con ampie spiagge sabbiose e acque meravigliose tutto l'anno. Advertised having AC, 4 small room AC units are not enough for this size property. Had cockroaches in the kitchen. Refrigerator wasn’t working downstairs, maintenance was called and they fixed it. The refrigerator ice dispenser didn’t work, had to open freezer each time to get ice.The location was great

We loved our stay! The location is great, literally right on the beach and a short walk to tons of shopping and great restaurants. We enjoyed having dinner outside on the patio, and listening to the sound of the ocean going to sleep. We had one maintenance issue that was fixed so fast it was as if the maintenance person was sitting on the beach and walked right up. We would definitely stay here again!

Grand kids trip!

I have to admit, that I was nervous to stay here after reading reviews, but my reservation was past the refund date. But we all enjoyed our stay! They are very attentive to any question or need we had, and were quick to respond. There was a little wear and tear, but the kitchen was nice, the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. It was in a great location, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Yearly Sibling Reunion

Ten of us gather each year here and we have already made our reservation for next year. Each couple has their own bathroom and we enjoy sitting in the living area, chatting and cooking and being lulled by the view into quiet joy.

Wonderful spot

You can't beat the ocean front location. This is our 2nd sibling reunion here, and we are looking to come back again next year. The rental agency is easy to work with and was super responsive to our needs.

Dump by the sea~not worth the price

I do not recommend this property or the management company. They will take your money and leave you in a lurch. This property has a great location. You can't beat the ocean views or walkability to the beach and restaurants and shopping in town. Unfortunately the safety, security and sanitation of the unit did not match the pictures, description or what you'd expect for the price. When we arrived there was a naked man in the unit showering. We tried to call management and they were completely unresponsive. We had to call the Carlsbad police who were great. We ended up having to clean up after the vagrant ourselves. Not how you want to start your vacation. The unit has plenty of space but is poorly equipped. Their was a steamer but no pot. Lamps were broken. Electrical outlets were uncovered. Unspackeled holes in the walls. Broken umbrella stand and toilet paper holder. Unsightly blinds for windows and doors. Things were in disrepair throughout. When management finally responded the next day, they said the cleaning people left a window unsecured which is how they believe the guy got in. Not comforting. They sent someone over to fix what they could. Again, not how you want to spend your vacation. They acknowledged the unit needed "a little love" which they did not include in the description. They promised to compensate us for our trouble only to offer a paltry credit for a future stay that didn't even cover the equivalent of one night's stay. Worst VRBO experience I have had.

Excellent Beach House

A big friend group traveled to this property to celebrate our 20 yr. anniversary. The property was as described and really clean. The property managers were easy to communicate with and always available to help. The house is beautiful and in the best location. I highly encourage anyone wanting to get away, this is your place!

Overpriced, run down, right on the beach

We stayed at the same property 10+ years ago and were surprised that it didn't look like the property had been maintained much since. No hot water the first morning (was fixed that morning, but after showers had been missed), door code rarely worked, a second maintenance request was ignored. The property is great if you want to be right on the beach, but way overpriced otherwise.

Amazing Location & View

Loved the location, beautiful ocean/beach views and within walking distance to the stores & restaurants. Really enjoyed the patio, firepit and jacuzzi. Property management were very quick to respond to everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location- beach, Carlsbad Village, restaurants, shops

This beach house could not have a better location. Gorgeous views of the ocean, steps to the beach, plus you can walk to all the best restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores in Carlsbad within just a few blocks. The home itself had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the addition of plenty of beach towels. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I enjoyed having different pillow options available on the beds. Some of the couches, chairs, and vanities were a bit worn and could use some refurbishing but overall we had an incredible stay, the home was clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our mini staycation. Highly recommend this property. Would be excellent for two families/ multi-generational trips as unit B and C are actually two separate units (they are connected by a staircase).

Bachelor Party on Property

We would have never rented this property had we known that there was going to be a 12 man bachelor party two of the nights we were there. They were on the top floor above us banging and partying. They were out on the deck with an oversize music speaker yelling at women on the beach. Not professional to not tell us !!!!!

The location alone gives it 5 stars

Right on the beach. A one minute walk to restaurants. This could have been a cardboard box and I would have given it 5 stars. But since this place is so $$$/night, I figured there is Some room for improvement: since the house is beachfront, having a few beach chairs and beach umbrella would be great. Some of the showers were a bit janky. As in the shower head doesn’t really fit the space and sprays all over. Bathtub is peeling upstairs. USB plug in devices by bed stands would be nice to have. There’s a loud squealing noise in the hall bathroom on the second unit when the very top unit is I assume using their bathroom. That should be looked into. It was so incredibly hot in the upstairs unit when we arrived in the afternoon due to the sun beating in. But if you open both doors you get a crossbreeze which cools it down. The management company was very easy to get ahold of which is good because we had some issues with the codes not working when we arrived. They reset them over the phone. The TV had issues as in it was not automatically signed into Sling as the app said it would be. They said they were going to have to send someone over to look at it which seemed ridiculous, so we declined. I thought it could be fixed over the phone but I guess not. Not that you need tv on the beach, but it was not set up properly. Also, the downstairs remotes were missing batteries. We put some in. Like I said though, the proximity to the beach makes this place five stars, but they could use a few touch ups for the amount charged per night.

Just as promised!

We are a group of 9 for a sibling and spouses reunion. The beach house was just as the pictures portrayed it and as the other guests described on the listing. It is super clean, with all of the utensils and pots and pans needed to cook for a big group. The most stunning part is the amazing view of the ocean from the two front windows which is magical.

Apartment B and C rental avoid completely

We rented 2 floors. Front door code did not work, no lights at doors very hazardous steps someone will get hurt, loud high pitch noise in down stairs bathroom made north bedroom impossible to use north down stairs bedroom bed was broken can’t use to entire downstairs paid for but could not use, had people sleeping upstairs on hard floor, propane tanks empty so could not use bbq nor fire pit, jacuzzi was like warm and no bubbles. Called concierge number in email and cane up disconnected. Called another number got concierge she said she could not help us and would send owner and email! Do not rent a complete waste of money!!! Stay away!

Great time in a beautiful house

We had a great stay in this house. It’s huge and there’s plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Plenty of towels, etc. Location was amazing right next to everything & beautiful views of the beach. We had the doors open the whole time listening to the ocean. Thank you!
