The space:
The home has an open floor plan with a large living room that flows into a full kitchen. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have access to a private balcony and share one full hallway bathroom. The spacious laundry room grants guests access to the large backyard with outdoor furniture seating for eight people. Kids can run around freely in the turf grass that is fully fenced in.
