Your "Carlsbad Cottage" Awaits! Steps from beach!

Beautiful single family home just steps away from Rue Des Chateaux Beach entrance. This property offers parking, wifi, loft, and outdoor space.

This home has 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The loft is counted as the 2nd bedroom and can also be used for a working space. Amenities include: onsite washer and dryer, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys and games.

Short walk to Carlsbad Village and train station. Easy drive to LEGOLAND, Seaworld, Animal Park and Zoo.

We are looking forward to your stay.
We wanted to make you aware that there is currently construction and is ongoing across the street.

We apologize for any noise or inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

The Space
Bed/Bath Set Up: Sleeps 6 (pack n play available).

Master Bedroom: (Upstairs) King Bed with Twin over Twin Bunk bed, Included Walk-In Closet, Sleeps 4.

Master Bathroom: (Attached to Master) Stand Up Shower, with Dual Sinks.

Loft-Bedroom #2: (Upstairs) Entertainment and extra Sleep Space. Includes Twin Day bed, with twin trundle, Smart TV, and Desk. Sleeps 2

Outdoor area:
Relax and lounge around! Enjoy the outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and outdoor shower with hot water.

Washer/Dryer - Located in the garage

Living Areas:
Enjoy the comforts of home in our inviting living space equipped with Big Screen TV. Please no food or drink in the living area.

Kitchen/Dining Area - Dining room table located next to Kitchen. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking and serving your favorite meals.

Additional House Rules
This is a family friendly neighborhood, please respect the surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours between 9pm-9am.

No smoking-$500 fine

No partying-$1000 fine and immediate eviction

No pets

No guests permitted on the property that are not on the original reservation.

Music must be at a low volume outside and no music with profanity.

Please be respectful of our neighbors when outside.

Must be 25 and up to book.

No parking in garage

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

Our new goto in Carlsbad

This house is perfect for a small group visiting Carlsbad. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood only 2-3 minute walk to the beach and not much longer to great restaurants and shopping. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. The kitchen was well equipped, bed and linens were comfortable, living areas were well furnished and comfortable and plenty of useful items in the garage for the beach or biking around Carlsbad. There’s a reason why all but one person gave this place 10/10. It’s simply a great place at a great price. Trust all the 10/10 reviews and disregard the one who gave a 6/10 rating. IMO, that rating/review was petty and no fault of the accommodations. Lastly, the host was quick to respond when messaged and very helpful. We’re already planning our next stay. Thank you.

The furnace kicking in was very loud in the master suite - 2 TVs ( none in master suite) which did not have cable hook up for live TV - the listing should be updated to ensure potential renters are aware there is no cable TV - and no TV in master bedroom. The very loud furnace air vent in master is not for a light sleeper .

Great location and fully setup for the beach!

The house is in a great location, a block and a half walk to the beach entrance, very sweet neighborhood and easy walking to the Village. The house had a great setup with beds for everyone to stay comfortably. We walked to the beach and used much of provided beach gear, it was great!

Relaxing getaway

Location is perfect with a short walk to either the beach or downtown restaurants, shopping etc. House is very well stocked with everything needed for enjoyable stay or day at the beach. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Really loved the place

Nice house, great location. Family safe neighbourhood and very close to the beach, 1 minute walk. The place was clean and large enough for my son and wife, my 2 granddaughters, age 9 and 10, and myself to be comfortable. The host was really accommodating when we needed to check in earlier than planned. I would not hesitate to rent it again.
