“We had an outstanding stay at Viejas Casino and Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—every staff member said hello and was friendly, and attentive. They really made us feel welcome! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The food was great with really large portions. The 9:00 fireworks display was a highlight! We had such a great time We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!”

“Looked better in the photos than it actually was. Staff was great and helpful, no issues there. The main complaint was usability of the room itself: Fridge had no freezer, lamp was broken, desk/lamp was very odd (a raisable desk), mirror in bathroom was strange as well. It's like they spent the money in the wrong areas, trying to be high-tech/gadgety for some reason. Remote for smart TV was not supplied, so we had to go to front desk to get it in order to watch Prime/Netflix. No microwave...

We have been here before is our usual hotel when we travel to San Diego twice a year.
The front staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.
Asked for more towels, blanket, no problem
Bathroom is clean and the beds are super comfortable

“Ottima struttura le camere belle e pulite, unica pecca che la vista mare parziale non è mai accessibile dalla camera perché il letto da proprio sulla passarella comune quindi bisogna stare sempre con la tenda chiusa, in compenso c'è un terrazzo comune ampio e con una vista oceano magnifica dove si puo passare le serate al tramonto . Il parcheggio è comodo la zona abbastanza comoda alle attrazioni della città accessibile in auto. L'unica cosa che nel quartiere ci sono parecchi vagabondi. ”

“Room was clean, but there were issues. Reported a broken hanger on bathroom door: very nice guy came to look at it, said he'd replace it. Two days later, still not fixed. Bathroom not well ventilated - apparently a low flow, while floor system that under- performed. Coffee maker didn't work. Very expensive for an average quality room. And $5 for bottled water in room, $20 for mediocre buffet breakfast and $15 for a Scotch and soda. ”
