Hotel a Carlton on Trent

“Un hotel vecchie è trasandato con personale gentile ma poco preparato.camera poco pulita e mal gestita dal personale delle pulizie.per il prezzo che ha non mi sento di consigliarlo.”

“The only issue we had was there was no one to check us in, The contact numbers we had no one answered. We actually felt like we were trespassing. After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home. Having said that we ended up having a really enjoyable stay :)”

“Worst stay I have ever had and I’m not Picky. Slept on top of bed covers. Used a hoody over the pillow which smelt stale. The bedding looked tidy till I got in and smelt like someone else needed a wash. I should have left when I entered the room and it smelt like a Smokers room. Really disappointed with it. Slept really badly. ”

“Great location. Ideal location for Southwell racecourse. 15 minute leisurely stroll to the racecourse from the accommodation. Our overnight stay was great from start to finish - easy check in, free car parking, clean tidy and comfortable room. Bathroom, including shower, was clean and modern. The sink was on the small side. Good value for money.”

“I’ve stayed here before several times in the same room but this time the bathroom had a dirty smell possibly the drains/urine. I brought it to the attention of the staff who agreed it didn’t snell clean and they said they would bring it to the attention of the cleaning staff the next day.”
