“Lovely place to stay. Each room has its own front door onto the car park. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The food and drink in the pub is really nice and the breakfast is brilliant. Will stay again if in the area. ”

“We stayed in one of the cottages with our 2 dogs. These cottages are ideal if you have pets. This is our 2nd stay this year and will not be the last. The only downside is that the parking is a bit away from the cottages. There is 2 parking places for many cottages. We have a blue badge but can't be used. It is a fair walk with the luggage our dogs and their pet beds. But the room is very good and ideal for pets. The shower is probably the most powerful shower i have ever used.”

“Came to stay for one last decent sleep before download festival and it didnt disappoint. Beautiful scenery overlooking the canal, the owners were very friendly, breakfast delicious and the room was so cute! Will be returning again next year ”

“Although the room was very clean it was a little tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful, couldnt do enough for you. We had an evening meal and also the continental breakfast both of which were excellent. Would definitely stay here again”

“The staff could not have been more helpful, I had to be admitted to hospital yesterday evening and my partner called the hotel who were so kind and understanding when it transpired that my belongings might need to be set aside.

"Nel complesso esperienza molto buona. Personale della reception accogliente e ha spiegato tutti i servizi principali in modo esaustivo. Camera piccola ma accogliente, con tutto l’essenziale e per una notte più che soddisfatta. Letto molto comodo. A pochi passi da castello, da diversi pub dove andare a cenare o a bere qualcosa. A pochi minuti dal centro, se uno vuole fare un po’ di shopping, e a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione..ottima posizione!"

"3 nights family stay, the gym is small but well equipped, the location is gorgeous and the housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast is very good but could improve in terms of variety. The restaurant has a limited menu and is the same of the bar. The service was very slow in general. Wifi was fast and very stable. Excellent value in general for the money ."
