Appartamenti a Carmel

“This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...

“When we arrived at the property, there were people hanging out in front of the main entrance, smoking cigarettes, smoking, marijuana, leaving cigarette butts all over the ground. The checkout representative at the window was as helpful as she could be. We arrived at 6 PM on Friday. We were late for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding that we had been in town for so we dropped our stuff in rushed. Noticed the next morning there were a little bugs, crawling around the countertop and the top of the...

“Conveniently located and clean with an easy parking lot. The place was fine, but a pretty big disparity between the listing, professional feeling web interface, huge deposit and real life. Ultimately, it was ‘fine’ - comfortable and served the purpose for our trip. The coffee bar (Keurig with plenty of pods) and coffee pot was nice to have, but there was ONE coffee mug, two disposable cups, and one travel mug that seems to have been left behind. This was so odd since coffee bar is literally...

“Four nights at Motel 6 Bethel offered solid value with free WiFi and air conditioning. Room was clean and the private shower worked well.”

“Visiting West Point for ring weekend. Location was great and the reason we chose the place. Property itself could really use some TLC, but it met our needs. Communication with the owner was good and gaining access to the property was straightforward. Would consider staying here again just based on the close proximity to West Point.”

“Extra $12 was charged at check in. Kitchent is empty/nothing: no plates, cups, spoon or anything. Who need such Kitchent.”

“Joe was always available to communicate with throughout the rental process/period. Clean and comfortable space.”

“The owner was very easy to work with, and exceeded my expectations as to how attentive he was to our needs and communications. Thank you!”

“Very private, rural spot. Immaculate, thoughtfully furnished, lacking nothing”

“The property was clean and pet friendly. However, the small extended stay room with a kitchen had no glasses or bowls or flat ware. You can't expect any additional accomodations beyond the room.”

“Lamps didn't work, no trash can, no glasses in the room. Only place we could find on a holiday weekend. Won't stay there otherwise.”

“Clean and modern with good amenities. Would stay here again. ”

“Clean and convenient near West Point golf course”

“Beautiful little apartment, walking to shops and easy parking”

“Would tell anyone passing through to stop here. The room was quiet and cool for two of us after a long drive. Easy access and clean bathroom made it an easy choice.”

“The host, Maria, was excellent in staying in touch and personally met me upon check-in and checkout. The location is very convenient for walking around downtown or easily drive to nearby outings.”

“Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with everything you need to rest, relax, and enjoy this lovely part of New York state. Highly recommend!”
