“The staff were wonderful and very helpful! The room and bathroom wasn’t quite as clean as I would have preferred, I’m a little picky when it comes to small things with cleaning, the bathtub could have used more attention, and there were spots of the carpet that looked like they had been missed vacuuming, but it was otherwise acceptable! Thank you!!”

“The property now charges utility fees that are not mentioned in the booking process. The room had a few moths in it. The hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Kids pulling fire alarm early in the morning. But beds and towels were clean at least.”

“We had multiple issues with our keys. One day they worked the next they didn't. The AC never worked. We asked a few times to have it looked at and nothing The bar and kitchen were closed for 4 days which did not make very good business sense as it was probably the busiest week of the year. The first night I asked how noisy the highway right outside our window was and the person at the front desk did not know Overall it was a disappointment”

“It was a decent place to stay. Some looked to be updated while other parts did not. Pool is very tiny and fitness center is just 4 cardio machines. Breakfast is not included. The staff I spoke with were nice. It’s a convenient location and fairly priced. Would stay again”

“When i pulled up there were homeless people around the outside of the building. There's only 2 ways to get to the rooms and both stair cases are by the exit doors. No elevators. The room smelled musty and gross. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the towels need to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable and that was the best part of the entire room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I felt very unsafe and left to go to another hotel for the duration of my stay.”

“Our room didn't work with their keying system so anytime we needed to enter our room, a staff member had to come and let us in with a physical key. The towels all had brown spots on them. When we arrived the tub had 6" of standing water in it from a leaky faucet so showering was out of the question. Breakfast was fabulous, staff was friendly and helpful. There wasn't another room to move to.”
