“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”

“The room and bathroom are very pleasant and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bed and pull out couch were comfy. The only challenge was that the heater was noisy which created some sleeping challenges. Overall, a very nice space!”
