“Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. ”

“Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!”

“Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience ”

“We stayed at this resort in early June and had a mixed experience. The biggest positives were the staff and atmosphere. Every employee we encountered was friendly, hardworking, and eager to help. Although there was sometimes a language barrier, their hospitality made a strong impression. The property itself is showing its age. Many areas felt outdated, and several fixtures appeared to need maintenance. Compared with other all-inclusive resorts we’ve visited, this one felt more worn. The food...

“I had a pillow in the room that was dirty upon arrival. I placed it to the side so the pillowcase would get changed the following day. That did not happen. It kept getting placed back on the bed with the dirty side up. Food was disappointing except for the hibachi. Service was not great except for the Italian restaurant. Pool was nice.”

“I received great service. Entire staff was beyond helpful even with the language barrier at times. From the front desk to the house keepers. Very polite and well mannered. I would recommend staying here again and again. Safe, friendly, clean. I even accidentally left my door wide open one day and was gone the entire day. Nothing was disturbed. Walking distance to stores. Excursions pick you up right in front of the building. It gets no better.”

“The staff was very helpful. I lost my Air Pods in the lobby area for almost 24h and they were able to find them for me. The only thing I didn’t particularly enjoy was having to change room because the A/C in my first room was stuck at 24 degrees. Food wise I think everyone should try the Tomahawk at the Quimera restaurant. It’s HUGE and the medium rare cooking was on point. I Recommend it for 2x people at least. It’s just too freakin big. “overall, it was a very good experience. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere.However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The drinks were not always prepared perfectly and felt a bit inconsistent. Additionally, we found the dinner options to be quite limited. We ate at the buffet most nights but unfortunately did not enjoy the food, as many dishes lacked flavor and were not very delicious.It is a wonderful resort, but the dining and beverage quality...

“Ho prenotato dall 11/08 al 24/08 la struttura perché rappresentata da foto ingannevoli di spiaggia che non ha mentre sul loro sito fa capire di si praticamente lontanissima dalla spiaggia inoltre ke pulizie delka stanza è inesistente come del resto l’assistenza al cliente alla fine ho lasciato la struttura una settimana prima per spostarmi in un villaggio pagando naturalmente pessima esperienza ”
